As a brewer and an anthropologist, I use hands-on experience and data-driven intervention to help new and established breweries. I have four years of professional brewing experience designing recipes, production from grain to glass, and maintaining BoH and FoH operations. I also have practical experience applying qualitative research methods including interviews, surveys, and focus groups to design solutions to common brewery concerns.
